each year on september 1st, the city is invaded with a multitude of college students getting ready to start the year. moving vans crowd the streets and traffic is horrendous. over the past 3 years of living here, i've managed to avoid this (the neighborhoods we've lived in don't really have this going on). today, i got to experience moving day as i helped ziva move into her new apartment. actually not as bad as i thought it would be, but i'm still pretty amazed at how much stuff students bring to their apartments...i never could have filled a truck like these ones in college! maybe it's just a boston thing?

Thanks for helping Ziva! Meeting her/hearing her story was one of my unforgettable memories in Slovenia...
Way to go, Amy! I look forward to seeing Boston through your eyes this year.
