week's end
today ended up being the ridiculously crazy day i was supposed to have on thursday (see day 30)...i doubled the number of patients i saw from the previous day! i did pretty well with managing this, staying on time (for the most part), and getting all of my notes done somewhat efficiently. at the end of the day, i felt like i needed to celebrate this accomplishment, so steve and i did just that with some calzones from a pizza place here in east boston. yum! it's sort of funny to think that my schedule today will be what i'm expected to do every day, once i reach a full caseload!
