i'm really struggling in this area with my job right now...feeling like i'm not doing well, like i don't know enough...and to top it off, i've had a couple of encounters this week in which my qualifications to do what i do have been challenged. i know it's a process of figuring things out and i will gain more skills and better answers to offer patients as i press forward, but that doesn't make it easier in the meantime unfortunately!
