winter is here

today is a pretty momentous day - steve and i were married 6 months ago this afternoon. wow! that may not seem like a big deal to some, but we're quite celebratory today!

also, the first snow is falling in boston right now (coincidentally, the first snow last year was on the day steve and i were engaged), which i was prepared for having listened to the weather reports, and was not excited about...until i woke up this morning and saw this:
