broken
i left work feeling overwhelmed tonight, not because of my schedule or because of all of the documentation or anything like that, but because there are so many stories of brokenness in working with women in this capacity. i grieve for the women and for their experiences...and at the same time, i feel a deep sense that i am exactly where i should be. a very humbling feeling indeed.
